Perfectly refreshing in a light, contemporary style, Rosétte Rosé Spritz is not from concentrate and has no added sugars, colours or flavours. It has been prepared using the traditional Rosé winemaking technique of soaking crushed red grapes on their skins to extract colour and flavour before pressing off the Rosé juice.
After fermentation and blending, the balance of alcohol (5%), acid and sweetness was achieved through judicious amelioration with sparkling natural water within the guidelines of a New Zealand wine-based beverage.
This Rosé Spritzer is best served chilled over ice in a wine glass or tumbler.
