Merlot Cabernet is a signature blend from Hawkes Bay. It is made in a forward, ripe fruit & early drinking style. This wine has been cellared & drinking very well now. It shows the benefit of ripe fruit at harvest and careful bottle maturation. It has the structure from the Cabernet Sauvignon along with the fruit richness & complexity from both Merlot and Cabernet varieties.
